Amtrak 40th plus NYC's 20th!

Received the following via email from Kermit Geary, Jr.  Text and photos are his.  Kermit works for Sperry Rail Services. 

Another successful night (Thursday, May 10, 2012?)  in Sperrydice !! Was able to shoot the Amtrak 40th Anniversary loco along side the URHS's NYC Hickory Creek last night. These are all hand held shots taken with the Nikon D7000. After this test is done, it is on to NYC and a daylight test on Hells Gate Bridge!!
