Norfolk Southern: NOT "Lovin' Touchin' Squeezin' " Canadian Pacific

These bizarre 'added markings' on this then-new (months-old) Norfolk Southern Railway gondola, built just last summer, might well reflect the current sentiments of its owner toward the months of unwelcome, multiple merger advances by Canadian Pacific Railway,now ( f-i-n-a-l-l-y ) successfully thwarted. 

We'll never know the motives of the killjoy tagger who marked up 11 shiny side panels of this railcar with what resembles the famous closing refrain of the lyrics from the first hit single of the band Journey, Lovin' Touchin' Squeezin' (Each Other), from their 1979Evolution album. One thing is certain: CP did not get to wed NS, so Journey's Lead Singer, Steve Perry, will NOT get invited to come belt out that song's repetitive line at a
CP  NS wedding reception...
