We just found out that the South Jersey Railroad Museum @Tuckahoe has closed for good.
From their web site:
"This closing comes after nearly 12 years of operations and interactions with the surrounding communities, as well as, most of the United States, Canada, South America and European visitors.
The simple facts are, with the economy failing all over, our visitation numbers fell to a mere 3% of the normal over the past 24 months, and dwindling memberships and associates, we struggled to meet the operation costs."
