Received an email from the operators of the Delaware River Railroad Excursions, but I am unable to copy and post it here for technical reasons. Nevertheless, here is some pertinent information.
These excursions are operated by the New York Susquehanna & Western Technical & Historical Society along tracks of the old Bel-Del railroad, and their 2010 season begins this Saturday, May 1st.

The NYSWTHS operates the ONLY steam locomotive in the state of New Jersey. Please join us for a beautiful ride behind our historic railroad equipment. All year long you can ride along the beautiful Delaware river departing from Phillipsburg New Jersey or join us on one of our many themed excursions such as Santa Claus and Easter Bunny Train Rides

The train will NOT be operating on Monday holidays, only on the weekends.
They also operate many special trains throughout the year like Day Out With Thomas which will be on 2 weekends in July. See their web site for more details.
