CSX Recognizes 70 Customers with Chemical Safety Excellence
Awards
"Safety is CSX's first priority and the most crucial
element of transportation," said Skip Elliott, vice president-public
safety, health and environment. "We are proud to work with customers who
are equally committed to upholding the highest standards in safety."
CSX and its customers work together to ensure that hazardous
materials move in the safest equipment and employees are trained on safe
loading and handling procedures. The Chemical Safety Excellence Awards are
presented to customers across a wide variety of industries who ship more than

controllable factors.
