Service Alert – Second Storm Impacting Operations in Midwest, Mid-Atlantic and Northeast
Over the last few days, a second major winter storm in less than a week moved across the Midwest, Mid-Atlantic, and Northeast. The storm brought heavy snow and high winds to many areas in this region which resulted in power outages, downed trees, and poor road conditions. While these conditions have impacted our operations, we are working to restore normal operations as quickly as possible. Customers with traffic moving through these areas should continue to expect delays of 48 to 72 hours over the next few days.
