The date is March 7, 1993 as CR's OIEN (Oak Island to Enola) prepares to depart the CP West Portal siding near LEHL MP 66. It was being held for two eastbound trains and now continues on to Enola. Behind UP 1978 is a consist that includes twelve CR diesels and 144 cars of general merchandise. Today CP West Portal no longer exists as that siding has been extended to LEHL MP 67.
