Locomotive #3, the Dale Earnhardt in Glade Spring, VA

Received the following via email. Look closley and you can see faded lettering at the top of the cab that says "Dale Earnhardt." I also spotted decals for the Chevrolet logo, GM Parts, Mr. Goodwrench, Quick Lube plus, and The Intimidator. Click on a photo to see it enlarged, and the use your Back button to return here.

I found the # 3 Loco owned by Keene Carriers leasing track from NS. They handle covered hopper shipments of grain and sand unloaded next to Ferrell Gas. The owner stated that it needed to be repainted. He said it looked much better before. Hope you enjoy the photos.
