to drop off a package of slides and negatives for scanning into JPEGs at Fisk Camera, I decided to stop in Phillipsburg to see if NS's H76 would pass through. It wasn't the H76 I saw but Bel-Del 1567 bringing back three boxcars from Hudson Yard. As for this switcher's heritage 1567 was former NS 2220, a long time shop switcher at Juniata before retiring in August 2011 and was formerly Conrail /ex-Penn Central 9560. After retirement, 2220 was sold to CIT (CEFX) & now leased by BDRV. The SW1500 was repainted by Norfolk Southern.
